Information in the portal

HivePay uses your name, email, assigned role, and account status to manage access. Published payroll may include pay periods, managers and representatives, customer and order details, products, payouts, deductions, chargebacks, and review notes. Regional users can also record advances and collections.

How information is used

Information supports sign-in, role-based access, payroll review, statement downloads, corrections, and advance tracking. Payroll information is made available to authorized users according to their assigned role and campaign.

Service providers

HivePay uses Supabase for account authentication and cloud hosting infrastructure for portal delivery and stored records. These providers process information needed to operate the service. The organization administering payroll determines what records are published and who receives access.

Cookies and local storage

Session cookies keep you signed in. Browser storage supports settings such as language preferences and the installed portal experience. Signing out ends the browser session; downloaded statements remain on your device.

Your records and requests

Contact Payroll Admin to request a correction, discuss access or retention, or ask about deletion of personal information. Some payroll records may need to be retained by your organization. Avoid sharing passwords or sending complete payroll statements through public channels.
